Why am I tired all the time even when I sleep enough?

A few more common contributors deserve a mention. Chronic stress is exhausting in a way that sleep does not fix, keeping your system in a draining state of low-grade alert. Dehydration and skipped or poorly balanced meals leave your energy unsteady. A sedentary life, paradoxically, tends to worsen fatigue rather than conserve energy, while regular movement generally increases energy over time.
